release(s) you wish to order, so they can be placed on hold for you.
SHIPPING AND SHIPPING CHARGES:

* Orders normally ship the same day they were placed or the next business day.
If there was a delay with shipping your order, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Depending on where you are located in the world, it could take anywhere from
one day to one week for your order to arrive. If it takes longer than one week, then
there might be a problem with your customs office.
If you haven't received your order after two weeks, please contact
your customs office to see if it's being held for some reason.

POINTS TO CONSIDER BEFORE BUYING CDR RELEASES FROM THE DIFFUSION SHOP:

Before ordering a CDR release, please make sure your particular CD player (or computer)
plays audio CDRs properly. If a disc is faulty, please return it and we will consider an
exchange for another copy of the same release or refund your payment. Postage will be
reimbursed for items proven to be faulty. We cannot refund money for items damaged
by the customer.


BEFORE REPORTING ANY FAULTY ITEM:

Please make sure the disc is free from dust or other debris before trying to play it.
Try playing the CD on various players to determine if there is a consistency in a particular error.
Some newer CD players have issues with certain CDs and CDRs, while others won't.
Sometimes the optical lens on a CD player is dirty and therefore prone to reading errors,
so keep your CDs and CD player clean.
